Skinny Creole Remoulade Sauce


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup garlic mustard or Creole mustard)
  • 12 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • Sriracha or other hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the Sriracha.
  2. Add sriracha and creole seasoning to taste. Use as a dipping sauce or slather it on a burger, po’ boy sandwich, crabcakes… or drizzle it over chicken or seafood or even a salad.
