Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh kale leaves
  • 1 1/4 cups lowfat milk


Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Add a little more milk if needed to adjust the thickness.

Notes

You could leave out the protein powder if you like. Or, for a lactose-free smoothie, substitute soy, coconut, or almond milk for the milk.
