Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) cranberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup lowfat milk
  • 1 Tablespooon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • About 1/3 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Add more crushed ice if you want a thicker smoothie.

Notes

You can use almond, coconut, or soy milk in place of the regular milk for a lactose-free smoothie.
