Toffee Chocolate Mashup Bars

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 3 cups crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 oz. dark chocolate, melted

For the bars:

  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup good quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, melted
  • Chocolate and caramel syrup
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

For the top: melted chocolate (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix the crumbs, melted butter and melted chocolate until well mixed. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Sprinkle the crust with toffee bits, oats and chips, then drizzle with peanut butter, chocolate and caramel syrup. Sprinkle the roasted peanuts on top, then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Bake at 350 F. for about 25 minutes or until the bars are set.
  5. Let cool completely, then cut into small bars. If desired, drizzle each bar with melted chocolate.
